Morganton, NC (PRWEB) December 14, 2022
The Identification Systems Group (ISG), the nationwide network of local identification system integrators, announced that it has donated over $40,000 to Roy’s Kids, an organization that provides Christmas gifts and school supplies to disadvantaged children in northwestern Louisiana. The funds were raised at the ISG’s Annual Fall Meeting where Members and Partners made cash and check donations, as well as purchasing items in a charity silent auction.
“We are very honored to help with the goals of this important local children’s charity and their support of disadvantaged families in the Shreveport area,” says David Lee, the ISG’s Executive Director.
“We are humbled by the generosity of the ISG. There are thousands of organizations that the ISG could have chosen to help and we are humbled that they picked Roy’s Kids”, says Michael Powell, Owner of Roy’s Kids. “We are a 100% volunteer and community funded organization. We work very hard year round to provide for the needs of families in the Shreveport-Bossier City area for school, Christmas and emergency needs. Your generous donation will allow us to increase and further our efforts to meet the needs of these children. Thank you!”
