The ISG Announces Tom Stiles as New Director

Tom Stiles brings more than 30 years of industry experience in sales, operations and management to the ISG as its new Executive Director.

The Identification Systems Group (ISG), the nationwide network of local identification system integrators, is pleased to announce that Tom Stiles has accepted a position with the ISG as its Executive Director. Mr. Stiles will have overall responsibility for all of ISG’s day-today business.

Mr. Stiles brings 30 years of experience with him in sales, sales management and operations. Tom’s expansive career includes successful roles in operations, sales, and sales management at Datacard Group for 26 years in South Florida, Chicago, and Kansas City. Additionally, Tom served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, for CardSmart Systems (an ISG Dealer) in Chicago. He was also the Operations Manager for ISG for five years, and most recently spent 18 months as Regional Sales Manager with NBS.

Mr. Stiles will be replacing Roger Sigler, who has decided, after nine years of successfully leading the ISG that he would like to pursue some personal interests. “Roger has been a strong and effective leader of our ISG organization and all of the ISG Board and ISG Members thank him for his many contributions to ISG and wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors”, said Mike Shields, President of the ISG. Danielle Jorgensen, ISG’s Marketing Manager, will continue in her current role. The ISG staff reports to the Board of Directors made up of five Member shareholders. “We are pleased to welcome Tom back to the ISG as the Executive Director,” said Shields. “We selected Tom for his vast experience and hands-on approach and are confident that he will be a strong leader in ISG’s continuing success.”
